Dr. Callie has over a decade of experience conducting educational research and program evaluation in higher education, non-profit, and state government settings.

Dr. angela gay-audre (she/they) is a Black feminist and womanist qualitative researcher, storyteller, and truth seeker. She is a 16+ year higher education professional. As a racial equity practitioner she is a multi-hyphenate thinker, creator, and interdisciplinary scholar.

Dr. Shakima has over 17 years of experience leading initiatives, teaching, and advocating for programs, resources and policies to support students and professionals marginalized in higher education.

Dr. Brooksie has been a Consultant of The Life Of A Scholar, LLC. since 2022. Having served in public schools for 23 years as a teacher, literacy coach, curriculum facilitator, and equity and intervention specialist, Dr. Brooksie loves developing and facilitating professional development to inspire fellow educators,

Asya Spears is the Founder of Rose Data Studio, a data education consultancy.  With a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Spelman College and a Master's degree in Biostatistics from UCLA, Asya is well-equipped to handle the complex statistical methods required for dissertations.

Dr. Effie McMillian currently serves as the Chief Officer of Equity, Access, and Acceleration for the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School (WS/FCS) system.
